Leadership

We have 3 elders at Townchurch: Mark, Malcolm and Adam:

 Mark Hewett

Mark leads the team here in Sevenoaks, helping to give prophetic input and wisdom into church life as well as pastoral care. He is employed by the Church, having joined the eldership team in 2001.   Mark is married to Julie and they have six children.

Malcolm Harris

Malcolm is responsible for all ministry to the church, including pastoral care and small groups.

He runs his own construction procurement and dispute resolution business, and became an elder in September last year. Malcolm is married to Kim and they have five adult children.

Adam Northcroft

Adam has oversight of all ministry to God – which covers the prayer, prophetic, worship and healing activities within the church. Employed full time by the church he was brought into eldership with Malcolm in September 2009. Married to Rachel they have two children.

The elders are ably assisted by a number of gifted ministry leaders, who are responsible for a burgeoning number of church activities.
